We can either meet 1 hour later and start at 10am, or bump everything up an hour on the rest of the tour, or spend a extra hour at John's. WE got lots of options

If Chris stays dropped, then everything after Chris just bumps an hour.

If we start at 9 everything moves up an hour, or we stay about 15 minutes later each stop or something..

No one has told me moving it from 9am to 10am would make them not go. So if it is better for Randal and Thai to move it to 10am. My vote is for that.
