Nothing to photograph yet. I'm still trying to figure out which fish to get. I'll update my journal (and sig) when I get the fish figured out and put in. I have a month gap between semesters at school that I hope to get it all done. I can make a trip to Ultimate then. I'm thinking of going to SA for Dave's, as well. Hopefully, a month from now, I'll have a tank full of fish to photograph!

sounds good. still no aggession towards the new guy. I dont expect there to be any. When I added "Cool-Hand Luke", the big petro from John, I was told he was true hell raiser, but I havent seen any aggression out of him. I guess these Dubs really police each other well.

Its harder to tell in Trophs because they are smaller but still the same.

Turn them over, rub their bellies ... j/k

The hole closest to the head is the anus. The hole closer to the tail is the vent.

If the vent is the same size or smaller than the anus, its male.

If the vent is more eliiptical or bigger, or wider than the anus, its female.

Got to be careful with fish 3.5" or smaller. Males and Females look the same.
