The Houston Livebearers Association held their elections and voted to fill the offices as follows:

Max Smith - Board Member - President
Ken Steblein -Board Member - Vice President
Keith Arnold - Board Member - Treasurer
vacant -Board Member - Secretary
Katie Hughes - Board Member ( Website Administrator )
Bob Baker - Board Member ( Program Director )
Bhushan Dalvi - Board Member

Cheryl Hughes was elected acting secretary.

The new board of directors voted to reaffirm the Houston Livebearers Association's desire to add Keith Arnold as a signer on both bank accounts at Compass Bank.

The various chairman positions were filled as follows:

Aquabid - vacant
Board - Max Smith
Fundraising - vacant
Membership - Ken Steblein
Program - Bob Baker
Refreshment - Frank Vasquez
Research - vacant
Safari - vacant
Website (website admin) - Katie Hughes

The recent FOTAS meeting at the XGSC and the upcoming May 26th auction were discussed.
