I have flyers on the counter of the Veterinary clinic I work at. I have also made a post about it on my classmates page. Anything to get the word out. I may post some flyers at the apartment complex I live at.

We advertise in the Chronicle...pass out flyers....and have a mailing/address database built up from over 50 years of existence (for HAS) that we mail out postcards from (about 600)

Philbert, that wasn't very nice, funny, but not nice.  :)

Charles, mailing can be expensive, that's not new news to you I'm sure.  I would suggest mailing just your current members and emailing ex-members.  Place an add in the greensheet, maybe flyers, like Nick is talking about, at the local fish stores.  I'm sure HAS has plenty of experience in how to go about this.

Most of the members in GHAC already know about this I'm sure, but I will be happy to mention the auction at the next meeting.

                          Have a good one...
