I think the member pic thread needs to be updated.

It seems like I run into a lot of HFB members but can never recall who is who or remember through the night to match a face to a screen name.

Look familiar??? I recomend everybody do that. A lot of us do this on SELAS and it makes the meetings much better.

I scored -
a green phantom pleco L200
a Hypostomus soniae L137 ''Blue Eye Red Bruno Pleco'' - he is purdy
a trio of something small and light colored
a trio of albino guppies
lb bag of daves cichlid flake
3 bags of danichi food

AND I got to play auctioneer for about 15 minutes. It was kind of fun :-) Only problem is, I could never remember what $$ amount I was up to.

Was there really an L200 and I missed it? I can't believe it, my dad really wants one of those.

Too me, it seemed that stuff went for higher than normal, and there were very few angels.

At the auction, I got:
3 light fixtures $25
Big piece of Holey Rock $26 (this is actually for a friend)
Big Clown Loach $30 (I really bought this purely to resell), I wish I would have bought both of them.
4 Lemon Tetras $1 (This was the steal of the day if you ask me, I like lemon tetras)
Pair of Lemon Jakes $18 (I will see how they do with my other Lemon Jake breeding group)
Some kind of plant $1
Gold Fish $2

But as for the trip as a whole, I picked up
2 blue angels
2 L144 Plecos (one is already dead)
1 Panda Goldfish
1 Male Yellow Lab (looked really nice at the LFS)
6 White Labs (3 from Dave), I am trying to get a breeding group going

You're right, and I kicked myself a bit for checking Dave's price list AFTER the auction was over. Heh. Then again, I had a budget and stayed within it, so I set myself a limit on that guy before the bidding started, and was disciplined enough to stick to it.

It still went for less than Dave sells it. AND I didn't have to pay shipping +1 ;-)
Most of the things I really wanted... I went after.
I am going to have to move it though, because at the moment it is in my shrimp tank..... after reading up on them more.... the eat shrimp hahaha

Yes, I snagged that pair. I can't recall what they went for, I'll have to go check my notes. I'm acclimating them in a 20G for now, will probably give them their own 29G or 30G in the next week or two so that no one bothers them.

Is that the pair of Hueseri that were on table two?
