I just lost two tires to debris on the road. I think I will need to save the plates and plastic wear til the next meeting cuz im not going anywhere for a while. I texted Tim to let him know.

Hubby just brought up a good point. We've already established that we're bringing the Margaritaville machine & a bottle of mix that already has tequila in it. It's not gonna make that many drinks! Is anyone else bringing anything else to use the Margaritaville machine for? Pina Coladas, Hurricanes, anything?

OK...

I marinated the tilapia in lime and lemon juice overnight for the ceviche. I'm gonna make the tortilla chips right before I leave to head for Brian and Soni's so they'll be fresh and crunchy.

I'm bringin' 10# of beef fajitas so y'all bring your appetites.

I'm also bringing the ceviche, mango salsa, pico de gallo and flour tortillas.

Sunny is bringin' grated cheese.

Tote is bringin' paper plates

suggested sides: black bean salad, spanish rice, refried beans

can someone bring plastic spoons, forks, etc?

I can bring some Grey Goose, too, if anyone will drink it. We seem to have an overload, lol.

My friend Leslie is coming. She drinks screwdrivers so she may be able to help you out with the Grey Goose. lol
