Yes! I keep thinking one of these will end up sounding like, "Hey, we're getting together- come join us!" but they seem to end up more like, "Hey, we're all completely batshiz!!! Oh, and you can come too." Lmao.

I have to say, that's what won ME over, personally...but I can see how it might be off-putting to some.
