I only have the address for three of these people, and only one has confirmed that they are in fact hosting(mnemenoi and lookslater). I am not going to have the time to arrange everything for this, so I'd highly recommend posting on this thread any updates and I'll help out where I can. If someone else wants to take the reigns, please feel free. I will be unable to attend this event due to a scheduling conflict, so please take lots of pictures!
