Of course it is a meeting. The official meeting usually takes place in the beginning along with an auction or raffle. Once the meeting is officially announce "over", it is purely a social function for visiting, personal transactions along with food and drinks.
People come to unwind with friends and others with the interests. All the talk in the the thread is just bull$hit...having some fun between friends.Raul

Couldn't have said it better myself. Just ignore all the razzing. It's mainly a low key night with interesting conversations and a great opportunity to talk with everyone and share updates.
