Sounds like a plan - bring coconuts!

    Sadly, I can't be there this time. :( :(

But here are some pics from the past ones:

I'm going to have burgers or hot dogs going. . . and I'll have sodas. If anybody wants to bring something else. . . either for yourself or to share . . . that is fine too.

Diet Mountain Dew will be available . . .

Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.

I'd like to see about making it if that would be alright? I'd be happy to bring whatever is needed, just let me know. Appetizers, drinks, chips, bratwurst, whatever everyone might appreciate. How many should I pick up for? (10-20?)

            .

Of course it would be alright! The HFB fundraiser/ Swap 'n' Sell is open to everyone. The more the merrier. You're so close anyhow . . . it would be a shame if you didn't come.

Feel free to bring whatever you want . . . but you are under no obligation to bring anything. I'm just going to put a bucket out for donations to the HFB and use the honor system. If you have anything aquarium related that you are no longer using, perhaps you can swap it out with something that you would use.

Anyone bringing some anubias (doesn't matter which variety) For whatever reason it does well in our rainbow tank and I'd like some more. If I can catch the suckers I could bring some zebra loaches.

I have a lone female Boesemani rainbow that would certainly appreciate a few more of her kind, I'll bring her along. Would anyone like a small (4"" Blue Tilapia that was wild caught? I hate having to eviscerate it, but its a bit too aggressive for my needs. I've had it for nearly 8 months and he eats well.

If I put yellow shrimp with my cherry shrimp, will they be OK or will I have little orange shrimp down the road? Or will it be like that M. Night Shamwow movie where red is the bad color and they live in a park... ?

If you let yellows and cherries mix, the offspring will go back to their wild color; a muddy brown.
