Flounder Hatchery. I'm in. Caught two nice ones Saturday in Trinity Bay and man were they good eats. I love flounder fishing. The more they hatch and release the better the fishing will be improve in the bays. Can you believe the new nov & dec fishing restrictions? Doesn't matter I'm going anyway.

I told them 20-30, but up to 70 are allowed. I till need to take a head count and let them know as we get closer. If it's over 30 or so, they may ask for a refundable deposit, which I can talk to you as treasurer about if it's needed.

This will include a backstage tour of the aquariums at Sea Center Texas (off of 288 South and Plantation Drive in Lake Jackson Texas) as well as their hatchery for flounder, red fish, and sea trout. There are NO restrictions on children's age, period! Bring the entire family!
The hatchery tour is available by appointment only, so it's something you cannot see just on a normal visit there. I'll post some pics I took at their aquarium a little later today.

I think in the next 3 months too soon, with the current activities and the holidays around the corner = low turnout.
How about sometime this spring? March or April 2010? Of if you don't mind the 60 degree winter. January or February 2010? I'm prolly going up there Saturday and inquire in person, so start letting me know asap.
