Just got done bagging and tagging 19 items a lot more than I thought but I kept finding stuff I dont need anymore. Cant wait going to catch the zzz now. 11 hours left.

do we have to be there at exactly 10?

10am is when we open to the sellers so they can get situated before the auction. If you are selling and can't make it before 11am start time...we will not deny you.

If you are coming to watch or to bid only...you can come anytime you want while the auction is in motion.

do we need to put the description of what we are selling on an index card, like the other auctions, or no?

On the left side there is a little box with a paragraph or two about the auction, and in the middle or thereabouts there is a phrase like "auction page" or something in bold. Click on that and you'll see a link to the seller form. I'd link it for you, but that's a lot of steps on my phone. :) :)

I must be blind or something coz I can't seem to find a seller form on the ghac website.... anybody knows??

No you can show up any time. If you are selling something we would like you to show up between 10-11 so that you can tag and set your items on their respective tables. If you are just buying you can show up whenever.
