Hi everyone. I'm Amy and was talking to FrontosaurusRex about donating some fried fish to the benefit when it was supposed to be at his house. I wanted to get some of his Frontosas and was trying to bribe him to bring them to me.

Anyway, he just asked me if I was still interested in donating fried fish for the benefit and I totally am. The problem is, my work is not opened on Sundays and I cannot make it to the benefit. We could pre-fry it on Saturday for someone to pick up and just re-heat on Sunday at the benefit.

This is what would be needed:

1. a small pot of oil to re-fry the fish, maybe a couple minutes each piece
2. someone that knows how to fry fish

My work totally has the best fried seafood I've ever eaten so if anyone is willing to come pick it up, I am happy to donate a catering platter full of fish.

Please let me know so I can make arrangements to order and pay for it with my boss. Just to be clear ... I am paying for it and donating it. Someone just has to come and get it on Saturday.
