    White tube like protrusions

    I have a large green severum that has some kind of parasite or infection of some kind, I would like to know if anyone knows for sure what this condition is and how best to treat it.

    Again, the severum has three white tube like protrusions coming from the top of his/her head, they kinda look like horns growing due to the location and placement, but I know that is not the case, there is also one smaller tube like protrusion just below the other two.

    If you are familar with this disease, please speak up or provide a link for me to double check and treat ASAP.

      I've been on that site for the past 30 minutes....not sure about the possible causes I've been seeing.....seems like maybe copepods....but I kinda doubt it.....but thanks for your help k

            I left my cam at work, I'll follow up with you all tomorrow...the severum seems to be okay at this time, but I sure would like to clear this up quickly for all the fishies in the tank.....it's a community tank with all kinds of fish in there.

              Update on my severum, his white protrusions seem to disappear over the weekend, but a huge "bump" or growth appeared on his forehead, I moved him into a sick tank Sunday and treated with Triple Sulpha....he passed away this morning.

              One of my Oscars now has some sort of "condition" now too....it looks like his scales are falling off, like his slime coat has failed and his body is being attached....I have him in the sick tank now after doing a 60% water change.....I'm treating him with Triple Sulpha as well....

              Can I add a little Melafix with the Triple Sulpha do you suppose?
