Petsmart aquarium sale Feb. 21-23

They will be having their open stock aquariums,10, 20, 40gal on sale for $1/gallon. There are other things from the aquatics department that will also be on sale. Flyer says in store and online.

time to get another aquarium if you misses Petco's sale.

They have other tanks on sale as well but from the flyer it looks like tank/stand packages. You never know they could include others at your local store.

At the bottom of the flyer it states:
"Prices valid in stores and online February 21-23, 2014 All offers are available with PetPerks*."

That is all I can tell you but it would appear it would be more than one store.

On the website, scroll to the bottom and click on "local ad". It talks about the $1/gallon and other aquatic items on sale.

Out of curiosity, what brand is that 40?

Hmm I'd assumed it was Top Fin, but I think its actually GrreatChoice. Not that it matters to me.. I'm new to aquariums, the brand doesn't mean much to me. Should it?

Na, I was just wondering. They all look pretty much the same to me unless you pay full price for the aqueon. Think I have the tetra brand 40b's from the dollar sale at petco. Believe it's about the same as the top fin. no problems so far

Picked up 2 20 longs instead of a 40 they are aqueon tanks

Petco is also having 50% off sale on fresh water fish an plants. Picked up 8 clown loaches. $4 each an 2 free because they didn't look so good. Treating for ich now, but they are in their own tank

The last 2- 10 gallons I got from Petco leaked. Better water test them first.
