looking for a small aquarium set up

i'm looking for a small aquarium set up for my brother, who's a college student living in a small dorm.  so maybe 10 to 20 gallon, with filter, and maybe light.  let me know what you want to get rid off.  a picture would be appreciated.  i'm near downtown and probably won't be able to drive more than 20-30 mins.

You should make sure hes allowed a 20 gallon, he might only be allowed a 10g.

i talked to him and he said that 20 gallon or smaller is ok.  so anybody with a small set up and want to sell it?  The cheaper the better and doesn't have to be super nice.

this is just a little bigger than what you're looking for, but i have a 29 gallon with a black iron stand and a brand new filter (its only 2weeks old).  i'll deliver.  make me an offer if you're interested.

the filter is an AquaTech 20-40

Ive got 2-10 gallon tanks one with filter and heater the other has a lid but needs work to the light fixture(needs new lamp sockets the old ones corroded). Pm me for prices
