    Wow- great site.  Thanks for that.  I have noticed they do change colors, darker/lighter depending on where they're at in the tank.  When they're all together they get lighter and when they're near the black rocks at the bottom all their dark spots run together.    

    I'm curious what species mine are, I need to shoot Dave and email and ask him.

      Your welcome :)   From the looks of it you are going to end up needing something like a 90-125 for a pair of them when they grow out completely, as they are quite aggressive fish.. but I am sure you knew this already :)

        Welcome Abord,

        My last cruse was on the USS Kearsarge CVS-33 in June of '69
        'Dear Lord,' the minister began, with arms extended toward heaven and a rapturous look on his upturned face. 'Without you, we are but dust ...'
        He would have continued but at that moment my very obedient daughter who was listening leaned over to me and asked quite audibly in her shrill little four-year old girl voice, 'Mom, what is butt dust?'

            Spyke and I were talking about it today, we're gonna get a 6' long tank after the holidays :)  Ooooooooh, I can't wait!

                She was Tonkin Gulf in '69 but they scraped her in '74

                  Oh, I was thinking of USS Kearsarge, LDH-3 amphibious assault ship    Thats a bit different than a carrier.

                  If I remember correctly, that ship was a few piers down from us in Norfolk.  It's been 11 years since I got out, and I was on both the East and West coast while I was in.  Sometimes I mix em up- lol.

                    I was given permission to put it in my massage room.  He had to get permission to put a 120 in the dining room- hehe.
