Welcome to the HFB!! You have gotten great advice so far, but i would like to add that you do not have to get a wet dry. You can can go with two large canisters and a power head and get equally as good filtration. The three canisters that I would suggest would be Fluval FX5, Eheim 2260, or Eheim 2262.
BTW... I know you're stoked..... a 200gal is a long way from a 75gal.
I am going to have to agree with both super dave and EK.
With a wet/dry you get the super high oxygenation that fish, especially those from Africa both Lake Tanganyika and Malawi absolutely LOVE !!
To me its easier to deal with a wet/dry once setup than a Canister.. when I have to clean my wet/dry, all I do is remove the filter material and put new in. In a wet/dry I have to take it offline and remove all the stuff in side of it. Get a bucket of water from the tank, dump all the material into it and clean it in the bucket to get all the excessive material off the filter material, and then return it to the filter. A wet/dry I am done cleaning it in 2 minutes, where as with a canister it takes me 30 minutes...
Just my 2.3 cents...

some people like to use canisters exclusivley. i do not care to clean them. i like a huge wet/dry and a couple of smaller canisters to supplement. but i set them up so i only have to clean them every couple of months. but i have my power heads with foam filters for mechanical filtration.
