Here is a good picture of a 6" GSP and a 2 1/2" puffer.  The larger puffer is under the log but you can see the head and tail, the smaller one is above the log. http://gallery.rahenna.com/v/pets/pu...azyx2.JPG.html

I've been tossing around the idea of getting a puffer some... but havnt decided if I want to deal with the salt for a brackish setup...

Its really not bad I just am not home enough so when I need me wife to help when I'm gone she dont wanna dothe salt and mess it up.  Plus imtryin to down size some of my smaller tanks

And sometimes pictures arent always that good at telling. He does look big but was he wild caught and how old.   Most that size are wild caught or not Gsp's. When I get home on my comp I'll find the link to the puffer that gets big like that buts not a gsp

All Gsp's are wild caught, they do not breed in captivity. I know which puffer you are talking about, can't remember the name but it's a freshwater puffer, and if I remember right it gets larger than a GSP. It's a rare puffer and not often seen in the trade.

Found it, the name is  T. Sabahensis . Mostly mistaken for a GSP, unlike GSP,  T. Sabahensis is a freshwater puffer. And I was wrong about the size, they reach 6" also. Here's a link:

There was talk about changing some information on this page. It is now known this puffer does not like any amount of salt.

I know they are wild caught. I meant caught at full grown not Babis.  Sorry but I'm posting from my phone so I'm shorter in my talk and posting.  The link ive seen but there is another. I'll find when I get home

Yes but that's gonna be another 200.00 plus the 50.00 foe the fish. Its a oceanic biocube 14g beautiful brand new condition less than 1 yr old. But if not everything then only fish r for sale but id sell the tank if u want it bad enough.
I really dont wanna get rid of the tank but will if u want it.
