    Spirit Fund - Cyprichromis sp. Jumbo Isanga 6 juveniles

    Ok....here's how I'd like this to work. I will list the item up for bid. Bids will be public as a response to this thread. Bids are to be in whole dollar increments. I will close the bidding in exactly five days from the time of this post. Any bids after that will be invalid. This really shouldn't be a problem given the nature of why we're doing this. So please bid early and often. At the end I'll PM the winner to make arrangements for payment as necessary. Here's a link to the thread that started this if you haven't been following:

    The third item for bid is six juvenile Cyprichromis sp. Jumbo Isanga. They are about an inch or a little better in size. They are F1 from wild caught parents. Here's a pic of the parents when I first got them:

    Cyps are pelagic? How big do these guys get? I have an empty 36 bow fully planted and cycled (my 13 yr. old angel just died).

      Wesley -- these guys will grow to about a 6" in length.  They are torpedo shaped, and are FAST swimmers... they are also QUITE good jumpers.  (Make sure there is a lid tight over these guys)  
      For these guys the thrive I would recommend geting a 6ft tank as they need the distance to run in.  These guys will be happy to live with anyone in their tank UNLESS THEY ARE FRONTOSA !!!   (Fronts primary food is Cyps -- Fronts live below cyps and since fronts are night hunters they come to the surface at night... and eat the cyps as they go though the water layers)

      Again another AWESOME fish from Charles !!!!  I have seen this colony when they came in..  and they are just beautiful fish !!

        Can these guys live with Calvus? If not at first then what about when they get the same size?
