What are the dimensions of the 50 gallon tank itself?  How tall is the stand?
Is the front glass scratched?

Tank dimensions:
length 36
width: 18
height: 21

Actually turns out to be 58.91 U.S. Gallons when using the aquarium calculator at:

Stand dimensions:
(it gets smaller under the piece that holds the tank:
Length: 34
Width: 18
Height: 25

some small scratches, but really not noticeable when filled up =]
