WTB: Heaters

The heater I'm using in my 20g was in my 14g so it's not keeping the tank warm enough.

Have no heater for the 30g I'm getting tomorrow.

The heater which came with my 55g I think is on it's last leg. Soooooooooooooo.....

Anyone have heaters to give away, sell or trade? (I have a 14g to trade.)

I dont know how far away form fish ranch 2 you are, but someone in another thread suggested buying some heaters from there.  I went myself and got a great deal on a heater rated for 30 g. $9.99

The over the edge heaters which is the ones you are describing for $9.99 I dont like them because you have to put water in to the tank almost everyday because you dont want the heat to get exposed to much.

I would go get a heater which is submersible so you dont have that problem.

Howdy,

We have a heater that could trade for your 14g if you don't find enough; not sure when we could hook up.  We live near the Grayhound Dog track on the way to Galveston.  Jus let us know if you are interested.  Is the 14 g like a 15 long and it does not leak correct?  FYI depending on what fish you; have we do not use heaters in most of our tanks.  later, ken/mark

I'd probably be able to bring one to the GHAC meeting if you don't get a couple before then. I'm like Ken and don't use heaters in most of my tanks.  8)
