  • WTB: Mini-tank

I am looking for a small little tank and/or full setup for my desk at work.  I don't want anything larger than 10 gallons and anything as small as 2.  Thanks.

CF posted this was still for sale the other day.

im in the process of starting a 2.5 g tank myself

Im not selling any of these, but maybe you can get some info off of this
      I got a 2.5 g rectangular AGA w. glass hood -$8.50
      Light strip for a 2.5 g rectangular AGA -$6.99
      You can get a 3 gallon filter (submergible/H.o.b) for ~ $12 bucks

Go to Walmart and get the 10 gallon set up for $40 and get it over with.  Comes with hood, light, and filter.....that's just too easy.

BTW, MJY - where did you get those prices?! That's darn good for a small strip light.

Those are good prices all around!

Most places sell the 2.5g for $19.99 and with the light top combo I think it was like $40.

              Used maybe....?

                Re: WTB: Mini-tank

nope, brand new.  This is a 2.5g tank w/ the glass top brand new @ petsmart.  The light strip can be found here

and who would pay 20 bucks for a 2.5 g?  you could probably get a complete setup/a 10 g tank w/ extras for that price!
