        Re: ?????

Well you can buy them on ebay and the sellers will send them to you here in Texas. Ive just never been interested in a fish like that.

Actually.. maybe i could start a breeding program and acclimate them to Texas winters. That was they could live in Lake Houston.

Yeah, Mike and I were just talking about that the other day! (Them being illegal, not that listing.) Maybe he'll get busted! LMAO! I think he might have an idea that they are illegal, because he said "Yes, a real one." like no one would believe him... Maybe you should ask to see pictures!

            Re: ?????

Yeah, Mike said that the whole reason they are illegal here is because they CAN survive the winters and breed in our local waterways. That would be kinda scary to be skiing in the lake and fall and never come back up! LMAO!! You should do it!

                Re: ?????

They arent actually as aggressive as you see in the movies. That guy went swimming with them on the discovery channel. They left him completely alone.

It would be funny to catch a piranha on your hook.

I have seen some stuffed ones and they are super ugly! LOL! They have some serious TEETH! Yeah, I have heard that they aren't as aggressive as in the movies, but I bet they can do a number on a slab of meat! I think I read somewhere that they are bubble-nesters like bettas so they shouldn't be too hard to breed! I wonder what they taste like...hmmm...

yeah.  but man those things introduced would destroy a lake.  i think somewhere up north some kinda fish,  i cant remember ill have to research but maybe piranha or something i dont remember was introduced and shouldnt have been and it whiped out an entire lake.

(by the way he has not responded to my request to see his pretty fish)
Believe it or not, in Lake Gordon in Pennsylvania (part of the main water supply for 3 different states closely linked) divers were working on the dam.  Two of the divers came out of the water as if they were on fire.  They had just seen SEVERAL pike or tiger muskies (natural to the area) that were over 6 ft long.  Now those...would have some teeth.  No one would go back down to take pics.  Both men quit that particular job.
