Wanted: Retractable arm?

Anyone know where I can buy this retractable arm? Or know the exact name of it??

You can go to harbour freight and get the pick up magnets, they're dirt cheap and you can cut off the magnet. They sell different sizes.

You could use a cheap tv antenna but the pick up magnet telescoping part would be stronger.
