For Sale: 40 Breeder SW Setup For Sale

Need to cut back on my expensive hobbies so I'm going back to FW. I have a 40 breeder SW setup that I'm looking to sell. Here is a list of what will be included. Parting out can't happen until live rock and livestock are sold.

Standard 40 Breeder NON-RR - $40

CPR HOB Refugium/ Skimmer / Light (Largest size) - $150

TEK 36" 4 bulb T-5 (New Bulbs) - $300

50+ lbs of Live Rock and Coral - Mainly zoas and some GSP, Xenia. GBTA, maroon/green mini-carpet, and various mushrooms. I'd like to sell all of this at the same time as the corals and stuff are all pretty attached to the rocks and piecing it all out will be a pain. $200 for everything and you can resell the zoas if ya don't want them. Retail cost for all of it was well over $600+

(2) Koralias (750gph) + Koralia Wave Controller - $125

Medium sized Coral Banded Shrimp, Medium Fire Shrimp and a small Wrasse of some sort....(Greenish color with yellowish horizontal stripes. $15 ea. or $30 for all 3.

The setup is sitting on a make-shift table that will not be included in the sale but I have a black metal stand that I can include for the $600 asking price or $60 added to the cost of the tank.

All equipments is almost brand new. Tank has only been running for about 3 months.

Will trade for a Glock Model 19 or 23 or Smith & Wesson M&P 9mm or 40cal.

It has been asked if I will part out the coral and rock. To make it easy, split it down the middle.....100 for all of the coral and 100 for the rock. There are easily 6+ decent colonies of zoas that cost me 40-55 each and the rock was WAY over 100.

Let me know....really looking to move it quickly. Throw me an offer I can't refuse for the whole thing and REALLY make it easy on me. Worst I can say is no.

Part out prices still stand until somebody buys the coral and rock.

Can you separate the corals from the rocks? I will take them, today if needed.

Thanks for the corals. Awesome price.
I have all of those rocks whenever you want to come and take a look. You can get the live rocks from my tank or the dry rocks in my garage. About 200 lbs each kind . Some huge pieces.

Do you want me to drop off that bucket on your front door? I even have an extra one if you want.
