Ya. Neighbor knocked on my door late last nite and we brought it over. I started cleaning the tops got one half done and went to bed. The stand is clean and has a outlet strip under the cabinet.

It should. It's completely open. It's more than 20 inches long inside.

If u look at the tile on the floor it is 12x12 tile. Roughly 26 inches.

Get a smaller one. Lol. What ur gonna spend in wood, time, materials, etc will cost u more in the long run if u do a diy.
