115 GALLONS OCEANIC with Custom Stand, canopy , light

I have a 115 gallons OCEANIC tank with Stand,canopy and 2-40w AQUA CORAL lights 48". The  tank dimension is 60x 24x18. The tank is in very good condition. It's still up and running Saltwater right now. I want to sell it and get a Reef ready one.  I am asking for $300.00 CASH. Thank you for looking. I have listed before but won't be able to list the pictures. Here us with the pictures. The tank is at  Antoine and Veteran Memorial location. Remember where that double stack 29 gallons where?

That space between the two 180 gallon tanks, is 6ft.

IF I run a canister I can put it against the wall and take the same space as the 29 gallon tanks with HOB's are now.  The Doulbe stack 29's I will move to the closet

That will give me about 6" each side for access to cleaning the sides and whatnot.

Understandable.  I didn't think you had quite 6' in that space.  Have you guys had anymore issues from the Annectens lately?

There is also that space below the sink and between the refrigerator and the counter top. You know there is room there.

Actually, I am thinking of getting bunk beds for me and my Daughter, and that will totally open another room.
