I have a 35 gallon hex aquarium complete with a stand, a lid, some lights, and a big cannister filter. The filter is for an 55 gallon aquarium that I no longer have.
1. The gravel is flourite (sp) for live plants. I have some Caughafolia(sp) in the aquarium as well.
2. Lid was built by me. I made it so I could anchor a cieling fixture to the in side and use Compact Fourescent bulbs for lighting. Worked out really well.
3. LARGE bubbler under the stand, with an under-gravel bubble head (is it called a head).
4. There is really only one bad thing about the setup... It's pink. Yes, why pink. It's in my adorable little girl's room.
The stand is easily paintable.
The canister filter is rated for an 80 gallon tank. It's a Penn-Plax Cascade, if that makes any sense...
I'm thinking $150 OBO for the whole shebang... Oh and there are still a few little tetra's in there... nothing major.
