These fish are extremely healthy.  I have never had a bloat problem with them, and I have moved them from tank to tank several times.  I keep up with my water changes and I feed them daily.  Other than that, I don't do much.  I never check my PH, ammonia, nitrate, or nitrites.  I just assume they are good, after doing my normal routines.  If anyone is interested in these fish, don't be worried about care.  I transported them from Katy to Beaumont in 5 gallon buckets with no problems, and I don't forsee a problem transporting them back to Houston.

Tell me about it..   I am thinking about getting a second job (is McDonald's hiring ?) just so I can get a big tank and buy them.. damn I am sure they will be gone in a few months before I have saved up enough

They are absolutely gorgeous fish.  You bought them in Katy or you used to live in Katy ??

I bought them from another member, who lived in Katy.

For trade, I would be interested in some interesting CAs (synspilum, Dovii, Umbee, Fenestrata, etc.), or any Africans that are not as common.

I paid $240 for this colony from a respectable member of this forum and many others.  That is $20 each for large wild caught adults not counting the juvies that will come with them.  If you were to try to purchase these fish from Alex at UltimateFish or any other online dealer (TNT, Bluechip, etc.) you would pay $30 or more  each.  I know I said I would consider a trade, but I do not want to accept less than what these fish are worth.  It is not my intintion to come off as rude, but please stop PMing me with offers of less than I posted.  I know how it is to have a budget (I'm married LOL), but please only legitimate offers please.
