You can ask most LFS to give you a quote on the tank. (Houston Aquarium Warehouse, Fish Gallery, Fish Ranch, City Pets, etc). Some will deliver for an additional cost as well.
If not, I'm sure you could get some people on this site to help you move if you provide pizza and soda . . .
