He sent me pictures of the tank setup it looked fine.

Re do the stand or have someone fix it for you. I found a 175 g bow front that the owners let the stand sit outside till the top of it was shot. But at $200.00 for tank, wet/dry, skimmer, lights, stand, pumps etc I was not going to pass it up. GO FOR IT!
