I am looking for some hornwort and duckweed. I have a few turtles that love this stuff. Which is why I wanting it cheap ,because they go through it so fast. Would have to be shipped to Odessa, Tx. Thanks

When you do get some you should setup a little container pond with the hornwort and duckweed in it, so you can just harvest your own from that. you might be able to find some in ponds in your area. -
Stacey, if you can't find duckweed, you can contact a sewer plant and see if they'll let you have some from their outfall tanks. Many sewer plants have duckweed in the last low-flow channels before the outfall. They use it to suck up nitrate.

Depending on where you are, I can tell you where to go get some. Most freshwater has a ton of duckweed and cabomba in it. Hornwort (coontail) isnt too much more difficult to find. Just rinse it out in with some bleach to kill the nasty stuff on it.75 planted (Being Renovated)
