The title reads "Burundi frontosa for sale or trade." From what I see the buyer is trying to do two things, 1) sell and 2) Trade.

The buyer already stated he wants to trade for dubs so he meets the requirements for 2. However, the buyer wants to also sell and he has not posted a price. Par forum rules the buyer needs to post a price for 1.
