The ones he wants is the plug is in the front... haven't seen much of those localy, and those cost more too

I have about three of the ones with the plug (3-prong) in the front. I got all of them at CVS. They're not as cheap as 2 for $5, but they're still affordable. If I bought them, they're affordable. ) So, check CVS.
