Construction can either be straight birch hardwood all the way, or 2x4s with your choice of the exterior finish board.

I know it's difficult due to the nature of customization and complexity in each stand, but can you give sample prices?

As far as colors, any stain you want. I get my stain from home depot or lowes, so you could just go there, sample a stain and choose one. I have never painted a stand a solid color because it just defeats the purpose of using good wood like birch.

As mark stated, a 55g stand will run roughly $160-$170. The gentleman who bought it from me, Gerrardo, gave me $200 because once he saw it, he knew what it was worth. Out of a sign of respect and kindness, he happily gave me $200.

It's somewhat hard to estimate, but I can say that 2x4 frames are cheaper than just all birch structure. A 55g, with 2x4's and birch exterior would probably be $125-$135.

Let me know what size you're looking for, and I'd be glad to estimate it as close as I can.

I want a triple stack stand for (3)-29 gallon tanks.

I want the bottom shelf to be one standard 5 gallon bucket height from the floor aproximately 15". From that measure and put the next two shelves tops 23" apart.
