I think Rama was refering to airfish Geoff. You mentioned them in the last sentence of your post that he responded to. They just got in a new shipment of fish yesterday. However they only have tank raised Bemba at this time. At one time you could view thier incoming shipments but thier web site is not very user friendly and I have given up trying to fuguire it out.

Most people will say they can bring in these fish from Africa., but what they fail to tell you is they came from Burundi Farms on the Lake, and so they are Pondraised fish.

At 11:45 pm I saw this post, "They who?" And at that time I posted this,

"A friend of mine call me in the morning and said he was going to place an order if I want any fish so I say yes WC Bemba not expecting any fish, but he call back 2 hours later and said they expecting some in November."

I don't know where he is/was ordering from....................

Rama, best of luck man in getting some WC Bemb'a

Sorry for all the off-topic stuff in your thread.

A market thread is not intended for this kind of use, and this thread needs alot of cleanup.

So, I guess like Geoff said, they're "wild TR." Is that an oxymoron? Just trying to figure out what you're gonna get. :)

Am I the only one who noticed the name Laif in the email? If this is Laif DeMason of Old World Exotic Fish, I think we can take his word that they will be wild caught. The man is probably the worlds number 2 authority on African Cichlids behind Ad Konnings. He gets regular shipments of wild caught Tangs and is bound to have a few connections among the numerous collectors who worked for him at one time another when he was collecting. I wouldn't doubt a man who has an african cichlid named after him(Psuedotropheus Demasoni).

                            Check out his site...

                                Hmmm...

Not to start a debate but wild tr is wild tank raised. They are caught wild and place into holding tanks or vats for several reasons. SO yes they are wild caught but held in a tank for awhile.
