i am not overly familiar with dovii, but from what i can tell, i believe it is a Costa Rican.

usually when they are WC or F1's they are labeled with the location they come from.

i got it from ultimate, and was told F1 by an employee, he wasnt labeled were he the collection point was, and quite honestly i didnt think or care to ask, i was just happy to get one.
