Nothing wrong with it from what I can see. The stand might need a paint job if you're really picky. The tank need a bit of cleaning but there isn't a lot of water stains. Most of them say they want it but never show. I'm located on the NW side, 45 and 249 it's under my user profile where my avatar is. I think I posted the dimensions, if not, I will get them tomorrow.

Oh and the lights need a bit of cleaning. There's a good amount of water stains on the bottom portion. Nothing some vinegar and a cloth wouldn't remove. I'm guessing the previous owner was running open top.

Forgot to mention, but the plastic brace on the tank is a little bent down. But honestly, if I was going to use the tank, I'd break the cheap brace just to make tank maintenance easier.
