OK fellas, I went ahead with the water change. It was cloudy at first but cleared up after a few hours. All parameters checked out good. All corals and inhabitants are doing great. Thanks for all the reply.

I'm in the process of doing a water change and I decided to switch the instance ocean reef crystal. But the water I mix doesn't look clear. Its cloudy and hazing. Its been mixing for about 3 days now and it still isn't clear. Is this normal and is it safe to go ahead and put it in the tank?

I have used reef crystals before and it nevers took that long to clear up maybe one hour if even that. The only one I had do that to me was the Aquavitro Salinity and I never went back to it. Now using EVS Ibonic and love it don't have to wait you can use it right away.

I use RC, it takes a little while to clear in the beginning, but never clouds up the tank when it is poured in. Good stuff
