I have only seen them ones. and they were maybe 5" but they are not something you can keep in a tank.

The little fish come in to feed on the little shrimp and crabs in the sea-weed and the big fish come in to feed on the little fish. Its a great time for Big Rig Beach Fishin

What do the baby bullreds look like? I caught several fishes over the summer in the seaweed and no one has been able to tell me what one of them is. The others I know are the Sergeant Major Damsels. The one in question is grey with white dots all over his body.

              Damn that looks awesome!

I've grabbed a few anglerfish from sargassum, peppermint shrimp collecting is definitely fun!

The others or damsels just not sure about the grey one with the white dots is. I guess you could say it is a Galveston tank. I do have a really cool blenny in my DT from Galveston last year he has what looks like red patch of hair on top of his head. Call him Carrot-top.

Very nice Mrs Mermaid. The little spotted has the same body shape as the Damsel? Its prob.a damsel... I have seen them in my net. I have never done a Native tank but I do plan on it.

Baby Bullreds look pretty much just like the big ones look befor they get the redesh colorings. If you go to the bay side of the state park and pull a sein and you can catch them and small flounder. Lots of other little critters.
