      Move the rock on the left side. It looks like its too close to the glass. You will get build up there and wont be able to clean it.

                  When it goes to ops, those returns may better serve you if you point them up to have more surface movement. Movement within the water column is good but surface movement is better.

                  That water level is also very high, I wonder who design that overflow? It looks like every time you put your hand in there to move something or to clean, water will be spilled over the side.

                        That's what I thought too. But it can be lowered with a weaker return pump.
