I wouldn't regret spending more money for a better quality rodi filter. Only reason why you're regretting it is because you can't get yours to work the way you want it.

+1 the only way to check for chloramines is a special test or by checking your water report. If i lived on city water id probably buy the chloramine ro/di system anyways cause they change how the clean the water at anytime without notice better safe than sorry

Cool thank you for those reports.. I guess I will be getting the ro/Di unit for chloramines on my next payday better safe than sorry later on down the road.

If you already have an RODI unit, you don't need a new unit to remove chloramine. All you need is an additional cartridge housing and a catalytic carbon or better yet a powder carbon cartridge..
