What is there to "Get" ?? the first post was a question basically, I do hate to see cliques, but my second post simply agrees with sunny that since they do exist everywhere, whether people like it or not, what is the point in getting so torn up, I have no interest in belonging to a clique, mainly because IMHO they, and the people that belong to them suck. So, believe it, understand it or not, Please do understand this, it makes me absolutely no difference whatsoever, if im accepted or rejected. My clique is on my shoulder in my avatar

You know, there's a silver lining to this cloud that just came overhead.

Now we know who to blame if what little donations that come in suddenly start drying up because of all the elitist and clique comments... SMDH

Speaking of cliques, how does one become a donor??? I clicked the donate button but it was a one time donation. I love this site and would possibly be interested in becoming a donor.

Good question. I've made a few donations but it hasn't made me a "donor." Would love to know the answer myself.

Yeah, I think it's a one time donation so you'll have to donate whenever you feel like it. Personally, I won't mind if Traci were to have an option for a recurring donation, say annually, like they have at MARSH (wink wink, Traci)

Is it a certain amount, because when I donated, I didn't become a "HFB Donor." Not that it matters, I guess I was just curious. I don't care if I have access to the special room :)

It's my fault. I've been really busy at work lately and haven't caught up yet with any new donations.

If you've donated in the past and don't have the HFB Donor tag under your name, let me know. I have to manually put you in a group, and apparently sometimes I forget to do that step. Occasionally I get a lot of donation notifications all at once, but then most will not be an actual donation. Apparently the software notifies of the donation even if you cancel before sending the transaction from paypal, so I do get quite a few false positives. This means a valid donation could slip through the cracks. I didn't realize I was missing that many though. I'll go take a look now.
