This is indeed where it's at and since I've returned I've asked where everyone has gone but that's been a while now and the only one that has really shown back up is Nick... which isn't much incentive. LoL

Okay, I think I've talked to everyone involved either via text message, or PM, or received your feedback here.

Here's a formal reminder (to everyone, Mods and Members):

Keep in mind that we are all here for the same reasons...fish, chatting with friends, and having a good time. Sometimes things get out of hand, and that's when Mods need to step in. By 'out of hand', the main concern is when there is a Personal Attack or discussions concerning illegal activity. HOWEVER, we all know that sometimes what can appear to be over the line is just a couple of friends bantering. LEAVE ROOM FOR MISUNDERSTANDINGS.

Going forward, Mods should ALWAYS PM when a post is removed or ADD A NOTE in the post when it's edited. If you, as a member, have a post removed or edited and are not notified, PM ME! I can find out what's going on. It could be that the Mod stepped away with the intention of PMing in a few minutes, or they are trapped under something and are unable to reach the keyboard...but whatever the case, if you PM me, I can find out. No need to freak out. Again, LEAVE ROOM FOR MISUNDERSTANDINGS.

But in some cases, a moderator does have to step in.

I'm glad you brought this up...the Lounge is more relaxed that the other threads and off-topic posts are allowed unless the OP lets a moderator know they want the posts removed. This is to let members know what to expect, and for Mods to know what to do.
