  • So how is that Health Care bill working out

If you are McDonalds or 29 other corporations you get a waiver from playing. Already the government is back tracking and allowing major corporations with a loop hole because they threatened to fire tens of thousands of employees to cover the additional costs. So I guess the administration didnt think this one through very well. Even though everyone with a business background or with intelligence said this is going to hurt the economy.

Now watch for the lawsuits filed by the ones who didn't get their waivers. I can foresee a fed. judge putting a hold on the implimentation of the new law until it all gets sorted out... which should happen about the time that the new admin. gets in place and repeals it. Another of his campaign promises that failed.

What are the facts? Again and again and again--what are the facts? Shun wishful thinking, ignore devine revelation, forget what "the stars foretell", avoid opinion, care not what the neighbors think, never mind the unguessable "verdict of history"--what are the facts, and to how many decimal places? When I didn't have health insurance, I thought it was a good idea to have universal health care.

Now that I have health insurance, I think it's not a good idea to have universal health care.

I havent gotten my new Health insurance coverage yet. My coworker is on his wifes coverage and her insurance doubled primarily due to the Health Care legislation. This is going to hurt bad.

All my deductibles/co-pays went up 25% this year*. First time in my eight years at this job. Explain that.

*No exaggeration - they literally went up 25%.

The health care bill was a back-door way for Obama to raise taxes. As I understand it, the health care my employer provides as a benefit will be taxed as income under the new health care plan. The only people I see gaining, aside from the insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies and corporate care facilities, none of whom had any restrictions placed on what they could charge, are the illegal immigrants and poor people who couldn't afford health care before the new plan.

Yeah, this hopey changey thing is workin' out swell!

I really hope the county's still intact in two years and not completely irreparable; now China isn't loaning us money any more and we have to borrow from India to keep our gov't and its wasteful spending afloat.

Sonja's hospital stay was almost $50K before insurance. How is it possible that 7 days at the hospital costs $6,250 a night. We could have stayed at the Ritz Caralton and paid someone to visit every 4 hours like they did and only spent $1,000 a night. I am basically paying the bill for the above mentioned people since they will walk out on their hospital bills. The two most corrupt and under regulated industries is the Health Care and Banking industry.

The sources I believe in and listen too, report that the Health Care Bill...was written by officials from the health care insurance industry.....Who knows for sure....i'm sure someone or some committee got credit for it....
