How is this true

First off how is this the airline falt. This is another example of people not taking responsablity for themselfs. She knew the plane was going to land. She Should of made sure she got off. But she is too lazy to do that and passed it off onto someone else. I've have always been told if you have to ask some one to do something for you then you can't ***** about how they do it. If you want it done your way do it yourself.

I agree 100%. At most she should be able to get a refund for bad service. At the same time, the dummy who was too lazy to walk from back to front to make sure everyone was off should have the refund docked from their check.
