If it's a myth then why do they do it? I've seen the Texas flag as high as the US flag in several business places in Texas.

This was not an isolated incident. I have included as an example 1 local school and one in California. I can't have a reasonable discussion about this or any other issue if people are not willing to pay attention to the facts. There are many other examples out there for anyone interested.

COME ON! I even provided 2... 1, 2 examples.

While I agree that what happened at the california school seems absolutely rediculous its still issolated inncidents....that was two schools only one was a legit complaint to me and out of the many thousands of schools that are in the us I don't think its something to blame on the holiday just a bad decission made by one teacher
