I think they don't start playing till late August even September. I'm down to catch some local games and booze it up if you decide to go

I live in Conroe, where do The Woodlands play ? I think I saw a stadium over near Hooters once if I am not mistaken.

Which part of town do you live? The teams I know of are HURT, Bay Area RFC, HARC, and the Woodlands. I'm down to check out a few games once season starts.

Local xv rugby starts in a few weeks actually. Sevens are played in the summer but I prefer xv rugby. Pretty active local season if you ask me, just have to drive out to where the games are

Ill keep note and hopefully somebody will post here. Id love to go see an International game, any game really. I watch a lot of London Irish, Leinster and Irish international games when I can find them online. When I had Fox Soccer before I ditched TV I would watch Aus and NZ rugby at 3 and 4am lol. Id be down for some local Houston games next year though.

    Welcome to HFB!

You must make it a point to remain in Houston in June LOL there's always an international rugby match, well at least there have been the last couple of years with the new BBVA stadium. Record attendance for US games both times. Yay Houston! I even saw Eagles vs Springboks back in 2004 - 2005 st Roberson stadium. Not sure of exact date.

I am ticked I missed this game :/ All the way on a different continent and this is the 2nd time I missed an Ireland rugby game on my doorstep. In Denver I went to see the Rapids and was approached by some huge English guys who turned out to be players asking me if I was going to the game the next day but I was leaving, now missing this game near my house!!! Ireland have been weak though the last year and a bit, hopefully we can pick up our game. Good to see some Rugby fans here!
