So you are ok with communism Roberte? Because sharing the wealth is communism. Why would I want to bust my butt getting a college degree then go to work and bust it some more for my company so that I get paid as much as the tire shop guy? Nothing against them I was one of them but I busted my butt to get an education and make something of myself and I will be damned if I am going to just give that money to someone else that hasnt worked as hard as I have. That is why communism never worked people need incentive to do something. Why would anyone want to be a doctor in that kind of society? You do all that schooling for what to get paid as much as the checker at HEB? That is absolutley insane. There will be no benefit for the working middle class to be that class because it will be more cost effective for them to quit there jobs and get a lower paying job and get government hand outs. Because currently if you make a certain amount of money you pay no taxes and Obama wants not only you to pay no taxes but you to actually get cash back from the government

But nothing good will come of it, all that's going to happen is that people will lose their jobs, lose decent healthcare, and people making $250,000.00+ will continue making that amount.

The reason capitalism works is because there is an incentive for someone to make money then they will try to make the best product that will make them the most money. The only way healthcare will work with out capitalism is in a socialist or communist system because if a healtcare provider was not able to make a profit then they would not produce the durgs or put up the money so you can have surgery for whatever ailes you. Then the government would have to take over and that begins socialism and lord knows the government has always been great at running anything. Oh wait thats right it isnt it adds on bogus riders on to bills to build bridges to no where or pays high prices for items that we can get for cheaper. And by no means is the Democratic party at the current time centrist. Even Obama is not a centrist he has one of the most liberal voting record of any senator in his breif 2 year period.

In a way I almost wish a Dem would get elected so they can run the nation into the ground and everyone will finally open there eyes to what is going on. This is a struggle between everything that is America and completely tearing it down as a progressive society.

Unfortunately it takes a catastrophe for Americans to realize there is a problem. Hence, Americans were dumb to the fact that there was a terrorist problem in the world until 9/11 and oh how we love to quickly forget things. History as shown that every great nation has fallen. Rome, Britain, China, Ottoman empire, and many others.

You would think that those in favor of "wealth re-distribution" would have learned from the sub-prime mortgage crisis. When you start giving money to those whom have not earned it, they will foolishly spend it. Then, when the money runs out, they will turn to credit. The end result? They are just as bad off as before, except now they need even more help from those who were responsible enough to earn and spend their money wisely in the first place.

I'm proud to say that I'm responsibly one of the latter, and this ant is tired of bailing the grasshopper out.
